18TH C. BRONZE THAI RAT

This is either a ewer or a vase - I think vase, because the capacity is small.  A particularly wonderful piece if you were born in a year of the rat, but utterly charming regardless.  He stands 5 inches tall, and is quite heavy, with a deeply encrusted emerald green patina.  Sometimes good things do come in small packages.  He appeared in the NY Tribal Show.  $600
